Name and registered mark
The Proper Tools logo incorporating the words “Proper Tools” is registered as European Union trade mark No. 019321325.
The registration covers the composite figurative mark shown in the logo: the graphic device and words together. It does not register “Proper Tools” as a standalone word mark.
Proper Tools also uses “Proper Tools” as its trading name. The registered mark and trading name should not be used in a way likely to create a false impression of source, sponsorship, approval, or affiliation.
Nothing in this notice restricts lawful descriptive, critical, journalistic, comparative, or other permitted reference to Proper Tools.
Trade marks and names belonging to other organisations remain the property of their respective owners. Mention of another organisation, standard, product, or service does not by itself imply endorsement by either party.
