Get in touch

The best first step is usually a short email describing what you're facing. We read everything and (usually) respond within two business days.

We work selectively — prioritizing engagements where there's a genuine fit with continuity, resilience, and public-interest outcomes. If it's not a fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better if we can.

Your contact details are used only to reply to your inquiry and retained only as long as necessary for follow-up. We do not sell or share personal data. GDPR applies.

What helps us respond well

You don't need a perfect brief. But the more context you can share, the more useful our first response will be. Useful things to include:

  • Who you are — your name, role, and organization.
  • What you're facing — the problem, risk, or opportunity you're trying to address.
  • Why now — deadline, regulatory trigger, incident, or strategic window.
  • What you're looking for — briefing, advisory, second opinion, research collaboration, or not sure yet. Not sure yet is fine.
  • Constraints — timeline, budget range, or procurement realities worth knowing about early.
  • If you'd like to review our MSA or NDA — say so in your first message and we'll include them, saving a round trip.

Press & media

For interview requests, commentary, or background briefings, email press@propertools.be. Please include your outlet, deadline, and the angle you're pursuing.

Journalists covering the 2038 timestamp problem or related infrastructure risks may find the Epochalypse Project FAQ a useful starting point — technical and policy background developed with members of the FIRST Time Security SIG and experts coordinating global response within the standards community.

Working on a time-sensitive story? Say so clearly — we'll make it work.
