Have a code word?¶

Put it in the subject line. A sentence or two about the question and why it matters now is enough; please do not send confidential material in advance.

What helps me respond well¶

A useful first note says what is happening, who is involved, what decision or deadline is approaching, and what kind of help might be useful. You do not need to answer all of those questions before getting in touch.

Mention any timetable, procurement constraint, or confidentiality requirement that would be useful to know early. Standard MSA, mutual NDA, and procurement documentation are available on request.
