To help us respond quickly and usefully, please include:

  • Who you are: Your name, role, and organization.
  • What you're facing: The problem, risk, or opportunity you're trying to address.
  • Why now: What's driving the timing — deadline, regulatory trigger, incident, strategic window?
  • What you're looking for: Briefing, advisory, second opinion, research collaboration, or not sure yet.
  • Constraints: Timeline, budget range, or procurement realities we should know about.
  • Let's skip some emails: If you would like to review our Master Services and Non-Disclosure Agreements, please indicate this in your initial contact.

If you're early in your thinking, that's fine — say so. We’d rather start a useful conversation than wait for a perfect brief.
