Proper Tools was founded to make long-lived cyber-physical infrastructure risks legible — and to support the organizations responsible for navigating them.
Our work focuses on systemic rollover risks (including 2036/2038/2106), time synchronization & embedded lifecycle dependencies, and the institutional coordination challenges that arise when technical systems outlive policy horizons.
